Production time before shipping
Every personalized piece is only made after you place your order. Regular production time is one to three business days, depending on the product and the workshop's current workload.
Shipping time to the destination
Within Germany it's usually one to two business days in transit, three to seven business days to the EU, and three to ten business days to other European countries outside the EU. Intercontinental destinations take correspondingly longer.
Plan for seasonal peaks
Around wedding season, Christmas and other gift-giving occasions, order volumes rise across the industry. Order as early as possible within the recommended window during these periods.
Allow time for follow-up questions
If a name spelling is unclear or there's an unusual special request, we ask before engraving. That doesn't add an extra business day, but you should be able to reply to a message from us fairly quickly.
