What do I need to enter in the personalization field?

GPS coordinates (e.g., 52° 31' N, 13° 24' E), names, occasion, and optionally the date and desired text. If you're unsure—no problem. We'll help you further during the initial contact.

Can I see the design before production?

Yes—we’ll create a custom design and send it within 24 hours of receiving your order. Engraving will only take place after your explicit approval. Corrections are, of course, possible.

How long does production take?

1–3 business days after the design is approved. The design phase gives you enough time beforehand to make adjustments before engraving begins.

What shapes and sizes are available?
