How does personalization work?
You enter your requested details directly on the product page, for example names, dates or a short message. We then produce the item based on exactly those details.
Can I change my details after ordering?
If production has not started yet, changes are often still possible. Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number and the corrected information.
Shipping and delivery
How long does production and shipping take?
The exact delivery time depends on the product and current workload. The binding timeframe is always shown on the product page. You can also find an overview on our shipping page.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Quality and support
Can wood products vary slightly?
Yes. Wood is a natural material, so grain and tone can vary slightly. That is part of what makes each piece unique.
What if something arrives damaged?
