Wood is a natural product - grain and color may vary slightly, making each pendant truly unique. Minor burn marks from laser cutting are material-related and can be easily removed with fine sandpaper.
Care: clean with a dry cloth, do not store in a humid environment.

These personalized engraved wooden tags are a place card and guest favor in one: as a round disc or in heart shape, Ø 5 cm, with each guest's name via CO2 laser engraving instead of print. Whether on the napkin, on the wine glass, on the plate, or as a tag on the guest favor – the small hole accommodates any jute string.

Made from FSC-certified birch plywood, each tag individually laser-cut in Germany.

How many trailers do I need to order?

Under “Quantity,” select the exact number of tags you need and leave the number of items at 1. For example, if you need 56 names, simply add quantities of 50 + 6 to your cart.

Round or heart-shaped—and how large are the pendants?

You can choose between a round disc and a heart shape, both measuring 5 cm in diameter and made from 3 mm thick FSC-certified birch plywood. Specify the shape in the personalization field. Other sizes are available on request.

Can I have a symbol, date, or custom text engraved?

Yes. There are 6 options to choose from — ranging from “name only” to “name + symbol + phrase” — along with 18 fonts and 20 symbols such as a heart, eucalyptus, or rings. Custom symbols are also possible.

How long do production and shipping take?

Production takes 1–3 business days. Your order will be shipped via DHL Premium with tracking and will generally arrive within Germany approximately 2 business days later.

Why does each pendant look a little different?

Wood is a natural product: the grain and color may vary slightly, making each pendant unique. Slight scorch marks from laser cutting are inherent to the material and can be removed with fine-grit sandpaper.

Personalized engraved wooden tag: place card and wedding favor

The personalized engraved wooden tag from LaserArt is a small disc made of FSC-certified birch plywood, available in a round or heart shape, Ø 5 cm, with each guest’s name engraved using a CO2 laser. A small hole holds a jute ribbon, allowing the tag to be used as a place card, napkin tag, or guest-favor tag.

Place card and keepsake in one

Unlike a paper place card, the wooden tag remains after the celebration: guests often take it home as a small keepsake. At the same time, it can be used in many ways — on the napkin, around the wine glass, on the plate, or attached directly to the party favor.

FSC birch plywood, 3 mm thick, six engraving options

The pendant is made from 3 mm thick, FSC-certified birch plywood with a fine grain. Choose from six variants, ranging from a simple name engraving to a name with a symbol, date, or saying, plus 18 fonts and 20 symbols such as a heart, rings, or eucalyptus. The CO2 laser engraving is exceptionally sharp and is not a printed design.

Shape, variant, symbol, and name freely combinable

You choose the shape, engraving style, symbol, and font, then enter all names separated by commas or on separate lines, optionally adding a date or saying. For larger quantities, combine multiple quantity options in the shopping cart—for example, 50 plus 6 for 56 names. Upon request, we can create a design proof for your approval in advance.
