Shipping within Germany is free on almost every item. Internationally, we deliver at a fixed price per destination zone, starting at €7.90. Every parcel goes out with DHL Premium, tracking included.
Shipping to Germany is free on most items, with no minimum order value.
For a small group of items we charge a flat €4.50. These are pieces you typically order in varying quantities, or that carry more weight because of their material: place cards and glass name tags from our wedding name tags and wedding table decor, plus the slate coasters and the wooden menu card set.
You don't have to guess which case applies to your product. The German shipping price is shown in the facts on every product page, and it's calculated against your delivery country at checkout.
All prices in the shop include statutory VAT. We show shipping costs separately, as stated in our terms and conditions.
We deliver worldwide. The price depends only on the destination zone, not on order value or weight. Every international parcel also goes out with DHL Premium and tracking.

This list shows examples, not every country. Checkout calculates the exact amount for your country before you pay.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country may apply. These costs are borne by you as the recipient and are not included in the shipping price.
Delivery time has two parts: production time and shipping time. Together they determine when your parcel arrives.
We don't keep anything finished on a shelf. Every piece is made in our workshop after you order, because the engraving has to match your details. How long that takes depends on the product, so it's listed individually in the facts for each item. Most pieces need 1 to 2 business days, more elaborate ones up to 5.
As soon as your piece is ready, it goes to DHL. Within Germany, the parcel is then usually in transit for about 2 business days. For international orders we deliberately don't give a fixed transit time: it depends on the destination country, and outside the EU customs clearance adds to it.
An example for Germany: for an item with 1 to 2 business days of production time, total delivery time is around 3 to 4 business days. For an item with 5 business days of production time, it arrives correspondingly later. Weekends and public holidays don't count.
If your date is tight, better ask us beforehand than hope for the best afterwards. We'll tell you honestly whether it's doable, and otherwise help you find an alternative from our range. How to reach us is further down in the contact section.
Every parcel has a tracking number, including international ones. We never ship without tracking.
As soon as we hand your parcel to DHL, you automatically get a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking link. It can take a little while before DHL scans the parcel for the first time and the status updates.
If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first. After that, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the tracking number directly.
We pack everything to be shockproof, because acrylic, slate and thin wood are sensitive in transit.
Before a piece goes into packaging, we check the engraving text, dimensions and surface once more by hand. Who does this and how our workshop works is described under About us.
If you order several items, we combine them into one parcel whenever possible. This doesn't create any extra shipping costs for you.
At checkout you can choose between these payment methods:
Not every payment method is available in every country or on every device. Apple Pay, for example, only shows up on Apple devices. Checkout shows you what's available to you.
Payment is processed by Shopify. We never see your full card details, they're not stored with us.
You don't need a customer account. You can order as a guest.
Get in touch with us, we'll sort it out. As long as you order as a consumer, we bear the risk for the transit.
It's fastest with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll then make a replacement or refund the amount, whichever you prefer.
Please keep the damaged item and packaging until the case is resolved. DHL asks for these if they carry out an investigation.
The same applies if tracking is stuck for days, or if the parcel is marked as delivered without actually reaching you. In that case too, we're the right contact, not DHL.
Personalized pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This isn't our own house rule, it's German law: under § 312g paragraph 2 no. 1 BGB, goods made to your specifications are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
For all other items, the statutory period applies. How to withdraw, what deadlines apply and which form you can use is fully explained in our withdrawal policy. We deliberately don't repeat it here, so there's only one valid version.
Regardless of this, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. If a piece is faulty or the engraving doesn't match what you ordered, just get in touch. We'll make it right — that's the whole process.

Yes. Austria is in the EU shipping zone, and shipping costs €7.90. Switzerland is in the Europe zone outside the EU, and shipping costs €8.90. We cover customs duties and import taxes for Switzerland through the DHL PDDP service, so you will not incur any additional costs upon delivery.
Yes, every shipment goes out via DHL Premium including tracking, even internationally. As soon as we hand over the parcel, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking link.
No. Goods made to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal under § 312g paragraph 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The statutory warranty still applies: if a piece is defective or the engraving doesn't match your order, we'll rework or replace it.
