Material & craftsmanship

Made from two layers of FSC-certified birch plywood (5 mm each). The ampersand forms the background layer; your names are laser-cut from a second wood layer and mounted in front. Both layers can be freely chosen in terms of color—or left natural. Painted with premium ultra-matte paints (lightfast, durable).

How many names can I have engraved on the sign?

The & sign is designed for exactly two names—one above and one below within the &. This keeps the look clean and makes the & sign the central visual element.

Can I combine background and foreground colors completely freely?

Yes. Choose from over 20 premium ultra-matte colors: one shade for the & symbol (background) and one for the names (foreground). Both layers can also be left natural.

What size should I choose for our wall?

Above a bed or sofa, a height of 35–45 cm works well; in a hallway or as an accent, 20–30 cm is sufficient. The overall width depends on the font and the length of the name.

How is the sign attached to the wall?

We deliver without mounting hardware. Nails or self-adhesive wall hooks work well. If you wish, we can drill small hanging holes before production—just mention it in the order notes.

How long will it take for the sign to arrive?

Production takes 1–3 business days, followed by DHL Premium shipping with tracking. Within Germany, your order will generally arrive within approximately 4–5 business days of placing it.

Can I see a design proof before production?

Yes. Just write in the order notes that you would like a draft for approval. You will then receive a proposal by email that you can approve or modify.

How do I care for the sign?

Wiping it with a dry cloth is sufficient. Birch plywood does not tolerate prolonged moisture, so bathrooms or unprotected outdoor areas are not ideal.
