Material & craftsmanship

Made from high-quality premium acrylic glass, 3 mm thick. The clip is 11 cm long and 3.5 cm high (without the name) and can be slid over fabric and paper napkins. The slot is 1 cm wide by default but can be adjusted as needed. The name is precisely carved out of the material using a laser, creating clean edges and clear lettering. Mirror acrylic reflects the light and gives the table an elegant, high-quality effect. Lightweight and more shatter-resistant than glass.

Gut zu wissen

Fingerprints may be visible on mirrored acrylic – simply wipe with a dry cloth. Screen colors may vary slightly from the actual acrylic color. For color questions, we are happy to assist you in advance. Break-proof shipping included; should anything arrive damaged, we will gladly arrange for a free replacement.

Häufige Fragen

Antworten auf die wichtigsten Punkte rund um Personalisierung, Fertigung und Versand.

How do I specify the names for the clips?

Enter all desired names, separated by commas or listed one per line, in the personalization field—for example: Sophie, Paul, Johanna. Also specify your preferred acrylic color. We make each clip individually with the respective name.

What colors are the acrylic clips available in?

20 colors are available: 14 matte options (white, black, light blue, blue, gray, platinum gray, anthracite, green, mint, brown, beige, blue-green, pink, violet) and 6 mirror finishes (gold, silver, rose gold, bronze, blue, anthracite). If you have any questions about the colors, we’ll be happy to help beforehand.

Can I choose different colors within one order?

Yes—just specify the desired color for each name in the personalization field, for example: Sophie (Mirror Gold), Paul (Mirror Silver). We will make each clip according to your specifications.

How long do production and shipping take?

Production takes 1–3 business days. Shipping to Germany is free. We ship worldwide with DHL, including tracking. Last-minute orders are generally possible too—just contact us.

What occasions are place card clips suitable for?

The clip is versatile: suitable for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, First Communions, confirmations, baptisms, baby showers, corporate events, and gala dinners. It functions as both a place card and a napkin holder—simply slide it onto the folded napkin from the side.

Further information

On this topic

Acrylic place card clip: napkin ring with name by LaserArt

The acrylic place card clip is a laser-cut name tag made from 3 mm thick premium acrylic that also serves as a napkin ring. The name is cut directly from the material, and the clip slides onto the folded napkin from the side—without paper, glue, or additional accessories.

Place card and napkin holder in one object

Instead of a separate paper place card and napkin ring, the acrylic place card clip serves both functions at once: Each guest can immediately find their seat by their name, while the clip holds the napkin. After the celebration, many guests take the clip home as a small keepsake.

Premium acrylic, 3 mm thick, in 20 colors

The clip is made from 3 mm thick premium acrylic glass, is 11 cm long, and has a standard 1 cm slot for the napkin. You can choose from 20 colors: 14 matte shades ranging from white to violet, plus 6 mirror finishes ranging from gold to anthracite. The laser cuts the name out of the material with clean edges and crisp lettering.

Each name is made individually, and the color can be freely customized.

Enter all desired names separated by commas or one per line, then choose the acrylic color. Colors can also be set individually for each name, for example for different table groups. For long names, special characters, or a different napkin slot width, simply leave a short message with your order.

For weddings, anniversaries, baptisms, and corporate events

The acrylic place card clip is suitable for wedding tables as well as birthdays, milestone anniversaries, baptisms, and festive company events. You can also find personalized wooden place cards and acrylic table signs in the shop to create a cohesive table concept.

For modern, uncluttered table settings without paper

The clip is especially suitable for anyone who wants to forgo paper place cards and instead choose a modern, reusable detail. Combined with the acrylic table numbers, it creates a cohesive design across the entire wedding table.
