Contact us via email

When you contact us by email, we process your data (name, email address, message) solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if the inquiry is necessary for the performance of a contract; otherwise, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your data will be deleted after the process is completed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Customer account

When you open a customer account, we process your data with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time; your account will then be deleted.

Orders

When you place an order, we process your data only for the purpose of processing and fulfilling the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Data is only shared with shipping providers, payment providers, and IT service providers, to the extent necessary.

Newsletter

With your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), we use your email address to send you newsletters. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We use an email service provider based in the USA for sending these newsletters. Data transfer is based on EU standard contractual clauses.

Payment service provider

We use Google Tag Manager, social media plugins (Shariff solution), and YouTube integrations. This may involve the transfer of personal data (e.g., IP address) to providers in the USA. This is based on standard contractual clauses issued by the EU Commission.

Storage duration
