Can I also get a custom design?

Yes, gladly! Enter your wishes in the personalization field. If your request is more extensive, please contact us in advance by email at hallo@laserartgermany.de . Together we will find a solution.

I made a mistake in my personalization details. What can I do?

Please contact us immediately by email at hallo@laserartgermany.de with your order number and the correct information. As long as we haven't started production yet, we can easily adjust the data.

Can I also use my own fonts or logos?

Yes. If you would like a specific font or your own logo, please send us the file by email to info@laserart-germany.de . We will check the technical feasibility.

Can I see a draft beforehand?

Yes. For many products, we will send you a digital proof by email before production. This allows you to check that everything meets your expectations. Simply add it to the personalization text or contact us directly.

Order

I have noticed an error in the delivery or billing address. What can I do?

Please send us an email immediately to info@laserart-germany.de and provide your order number. We will change the data if the order has not yet been shipped.

How long will it take to receive my personalized product?

You can see the production time during the checkout process. We work by hand and often faster than indicated, but we cannot guarantee this.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your item hasn't started production yet, we can cancel the order. Please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Can I return my order if I don't like it?

No. Personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to § 312g BGB and the ECJ ruling of October 21, 2020. However, we are very keen to ensure you are 100% satisfied – simply contact us and we will find a solution!

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please send us photos of the damage to info@laserart-germany.de . We will immediately take care of a solution that will not incur any further costs for you!

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. Every order will be confirmed with a proper invoice by email.

Shipping

Is delivery to parcel stations possible?

Yes. Please enter "Packstation" in the street field and your postal code in the address supplement field.

Can I specify a different delivery address?

Yes. You can specify a different delivery address during the checkout process. We do not include invoices in the package.

Is delivery to a foreign country possible?

Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Yes. After shipping, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

My package isn't arriving. What can I do?

Please contact us by email. We will contact the shipping service provider and take care of clarifying the matter.

How much does shipping cost?

Most of our products offer free shipping within Germany. Additional costs and/or shipping fees outside of Germany will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart.

What payment methods are available?

We accept PayPal, credit card, Klarna, instant bank transfer and Shopify payments, among others.

How sustainable are your products?

We use FSC-certified birch plywood and high-quality paints. All products are handcrafted in Germany.

Can I order samples?

Yes, especially for larger orders or B2B projects, we offer samples for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@laserart-germany.de .

Do you also offer gift wrapping?

If desired, we will lovingly package products as a gift. You can select this option during the ordering process or request it via email.

I am an event organizer or wedding planner – can I order larger quantities?

Yes, we also produce series orders for events, corporate celebrations and weddings. Contact us with your requirements at info@laserart-germany.de .

Can I have special requests implemented for my company (e.g. logo, corporate identity colors, packaging)?

Yes. We offer tailor-made solutions for corporate clients – from personalized decorations and branding products to individual packaging.

Do I get discounts on bulk orders?

Yes. Depending on the quantity and product scope, we will make you an individual offer.

Can the products be delivered directly to my customers or event venues?

Yes. We can ship neutral or with your return address directly to the end customer or location upon request.
